THE CHALLENGE

Provide  a seamless workflow for individual course creator and corporate clients to build, organize, customize, and sell any type of course and training program.

THE PROCESS

Work with Tempo Institute team to redefine the whole business process through series of workshops. I also provide consultation for Tempo internal team in product roadmap development, product management practice, and building engineering team.

THE OUTCOMES

Develop consumer-grade course marketplace with built-in Learning Management System (LMS), Multimedia Content Authoring Tools, and customization feature (white-labeling) to support  B2B2C business model.
